Inclusion
Everleap Fertility's legacy clinic, RMA, was recognized as a 2022 LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Top Performer. We also offer a lactation pod for nursing employees, and internship and mentorship programs. Everleap Fertility partners with Fertility for Colored Girls, an organization that provides education, awareness, support, and encouragement to African American patients experiencing infertility, to provide grants for free IVF cycles. We also work with Collaborate Consulting to provide quarterly LGBTQ+ fertility and inclusion training for staff.
Belonging
At Everleap Fertility, we promote cultural awareness by recognizing diversity in our programs and events and drive innovation by providing a safe, judgment-free work culture. Various initiatives are aimed at boosting employee awareness of people with disabilities, and we offer an Employee Wellness Program.
