Amanda Hill is a women’s health nurse practitioner who specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida.
She began her career as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. This role ignited her passion for women’s health and gave her insight into the fertility struggles many of her patients had gone through.
“I listened to my patients’ stories about their fertility journeys, which helped me understand all that couples go through when struggling with infertility,” Amanda says. “I knew I not only wanted to go into women’s health as a nurse practitioner but wanted to specialize in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.”
Amanda spent 10 years in the NICU and became a certified nurse practitioner during that time. She then joined a local fertility clinic in 2021 and was excited to enter the ever-evolving field of REI at a time when women’s health was moving to the forefront of research.
That’s why heading to Everleap Fertility in 2025 made perfect sense for Amanda. She was impressed by Everleap Fertility’s standing as a world leader in REI and its cutting-edge research, innovation, and success rates, and with that support, she knew she could continue providing the highest level of individualized care.
In helping her patients – some of whom have been personal friends – build their families, Amanda understands the toll it can take. “Everyone’s infertility journey looks different, and with that comes different emotional and physical needs,” she says. “I strive to provide a safe place for my patients to express their emotions as they go through what can be one of the scariest and most uncertain times in their lives.”
During her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures and foods, listening to music, reading a good book, and spending time with family (including her yellow Labrador)!
