Beatriz Vega, MD, will join the Jefferson-RMA [now Everleap Fertility] Fellowship Program in July 2026. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She then moved to Rochester, Minnesota, where she received her Medical Degree from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in 2022. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UNC Chapel Hill, where she was selected as operations chief resident during her last year of residency. During her training, Dr. Vega was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, and recognized with several awards, including the Golden Tar Heel Teaching and Mentorship Award, as well as the “Golden Egg” Award for Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility in 2025. She authored several peer-reviewed articles and presented multiple research abstracts at national and international meetings. Dr. Vega is humbled by the opportunity to join the Jefferson-RMA fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
