Francesca Barrett

Francesca Barrett, MD, MBA, is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist with RMA. She graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She earned both her medical and business degree at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, winning multiple accolades her for leadership and academic work.

Dr. Barrett completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, followed by fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at RMA of New Jersey. She was drawn to reproductive medicine because it demands scientific precision and deeply personal patient care. She's committed to clear communication, empathy, and ensuring every patient feels supported and understood throughout their journey.

Her clinical expertise includes recurrent pregnancy loss, in vitro fertilization, preimplantation genetic testing, advanced maternal and paternal age, fertility preservation, and LGBTQ+ family building. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, presented her research at multiple national meetings, and was previously awarded the American Society for Reproductive Medicine's Resident in Training Award.

Outside of work, Dr. Barrett is a native New Yorker turned suburban mom, now happily settled in Madison, NJ. She enjoys spending her time with her husband, two daughters, and their Boston terrier, cooking, playing Mahjong and other card/board games with local moms in her community and at her Temple, and getting outdoors whenever she can.
