Hayley Rapp is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice (DNP). Originally from the Lehigh Valley in PA, she began her career in 2010 in the NICU at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. During that time, she went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Nursing from Philadelphia’s Jefferson University. Before graduation, Rapp came to RMA Philadelphia (now part of Everleap Fertility) for her clinical rotation and fell in love with the research-driven, patient-centered care model. She stayed on as a Third Party Reproduction Nurse Coordinator and then as a Nurse Practitioner for two years. In an effort to broaden her scope of clinical experience, Rapp took a role as an NP seeing OB/GYN patients at St. Luke’s University Health Network clinic in PA. She went on to obtain her Doctorate at Duke University in North Carolina. She then rejoined RMA New Jersey (now part of Everleap Fertility) in 2018 as the Nurse Practitioner at the brand new South Jersey (Marlton) office.

Rapp is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). She has spoken at national conferences and published in the journal Women’s Healthcare. Rapp is the recipient of the Duke University Doctor of Nursing Practice Merit Scholarship, as well as the Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation P&G Scholarship in Community Service.

In her spare time, Rapp enjoys trying (and mostly failing) to keep up with her energetic mini Goldendoodle pup, Lupa, being with friends and family, and drinking coffee. She is an avid Harry Potter fan. She loves to get to know her patients well and strives to provide them with individualized, evidence-based care. Rapp has a special interest in preconception health, third-party reproduction, and unexplained infertility. She performs procedures such as ultrasounds, saline sonograms, hysterosalpingograms (HSG), IUIs, and endometrial biopsies.
