Dr. Jessica Tozour is a physician-scientist completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her MD and PhD through the Medical Scientist Training Program at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where her research focused on the epigenetic effects of maternal diet on long-term health risks in offspring. During her fellowship, she also pursued a Master of Science in Translational Research (MSTR) to deepen her expertise in bridging laboratory discoveries with clinical outcomes.

She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Langone Hospital Long Island, where she was Administrative Chief Resident and received the Best Resident Research Award and the SREI Resident Award for Excellence in REI.

Dr. Tozour’s clinical and research interests include early placental development in ART pregnancies, adverse pregnancy outcomes, and conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and premature ovarian insufficiency. She is also deeply committed to advancing health and wellness as part of comprehensive fertility care.

Dr. Tozour prioritizes health and wellness outside of medicine, often doing CrossFit with her husband. She enjoys traveling with her family, from adventurous safaris in South Africa to culinary tours that include fine dining and hands-on cooking classes. She is also passionate about outdoor adventures like hiking and snorkeling, embracing every opportunity to explore and learn.

Jessica Tozour, MD, PhD is inspired by the collaboration between basic science, embryology, and clinical research communities that continuously push the field forward. Her goal is not only to improve pregnancy and live birth rates but also to enhance the patient experience and help find answers for the unexplained.
