Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin Smith, PA, is clinically trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Women’s Health and Family Medicine, along with Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Urgent Care, Psychiatry, and Emergency Medicine.

Smith graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with her BS in Psychology with minors in Biological Sciences and Counseling before going on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, after which she completed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE).  Kaitlin Smith’s background in mental health complements her expertise in internal medicine and reproductive endocrinology to give her a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s personal journey.

“I wanted to join RMA [Everleap Fertility] because of their dedication to science and advancements in the field of fertility,” she says. “When I was here on rotation, I saw the lasting relationships between patients and providers and knew that this is something I needed for fulfillment in my career. Since starting at RMA [Everleap Fertility], I have come to recognize that this is a community, and am proud to be part of a diverse company with a common goal.”

Kaitlin Smith describes herself as very active, with her happiest time being spent boating with her family on a summer’s day. She has recently taken up skiing and gardening and is very excited to explore New Jersey, her new home, and to discover all it has to offer.
