Kristi Blackledge

Kristi Blackledge, MD, will join the Jefferson-RMA [now Everleap Fertility] Fellowship in July 2026. She is thrilled to continue her training in her home state of New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University with dual majors in Medicine, Health, and Society and Spanish. She then continued at Vanderbilt University to complete a Master of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society. She received her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where she graduated with a Distinction in Service to the Community. During her medical training, she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and received the Award for Academic Excellence in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rutgers Health/Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. During residency, she was elected as Administrative Chief Resident and received the Award for Best Teaching Resident as well as the Roth-Pearl Esprit De Corps Award, given to the resident who best exemplifies teamwork, spirit, and pride in the Rutgers Health/CBMC residency program. She has authored several peer-reviewed articles and has presented multiple research abstracts as well as an oral presentation at national meetings, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society. Dr. Blackledge is elated to join the amazing team at Jefferson-RMA for her REI fellowship training.
