Nurse practitioner Melissa Peluso earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and earned an Allied Health Professionals Award from the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.
Melissa began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery, Recovery, & Postpartum (LDRP) unit at CentraState Medical Center before working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
She was excited to later join the RMA team in 2017, impressed by RMA’s position as a leader in fertility research as well as by its commitment to delivering the latest in evidence-based care. In fact, her experience caring for patients at RMA motivated her to pursue additional education, and she went on to earn her nurse practitioner degree to become an infertility specialist. Her new line of work continues to inspire her every day. “One of the best things about this job is helping patients complete their dream of having a family.”
