Pavan Gill

Pavan Gill, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN and fertility specialist at Everleap Fertility in New Jersey. A native of Toronto, Canada, Dr. Gill earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the prestigious University of Toronto, where she also completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her training, Dr. Gill received several leadership and research awards. Her focus areas included improving access to fertility care and evaluating factors contributing to assisted reproductive technology (ART) success.

Dr. Gill completed her REI fellowship training at RMA New Jersey [now Everleap Fertility], continuing her commitment to clinical research and improving patient outcomes. During fellowship, Dr. Gill was awarded the Top Poster Prize by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine for her study on recurrent implantation failure. She has published several papers on various aspects of IVF and PGT-A, including recurrent implantation failure, mosaicism, male factor infertility and embryo transfer preferences in leading journals. Additionally, she has presented her research at prominent national and international fertility conferences. Dr. Gill’s clinical and research interests include optimizing IVF outcomes through personalized treatment protocols, advancements in IVF technology and evaluating long-term outcomes in ART pregnancies.

Dr. Gill is dedicated to a holistic, patient-centered approach that addresses the medical and emotional aspects of the fertility journey. “We are fortunate to have a wealth of resources and a robust support system at RMA [Everleap Fertility], enabling us to address every aspect of our patients' journey towards achieving their family-building goals.”

When not in the office, Dr. Gill enjoys long-distance road cycling, pottery, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She is an avid record collector and enjoys attending concerts.

Dr. Gill is board-certified in OB/GYN in the United States and Canada and holds Technical Supervisor certification with the American Board of Bioanalysis. She is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
