Medication assistance pharmacies

Medication costs can be an important part of the overall cost of fertility treatment. Depending on your treatment plan, financial situation and insurance coverage, assistance programs may be available to eligible patients to help reduce the cost of certain fertility medications. Eligibility, participating pharmacies, covered medications and available savings vary by program.

Multi-cycle savings programs

For patients paying out of pocket, multi-cycle programs may provide the option to pay a bundled, fixed cost for multiple IVF cycles rather than paying separately for each cycle. Depending on the program and treatment received, this approach may offer savings compared with paying cycle by cycle.

More information on the CareShare IVF refund program

What is the CareShare IVF refund program?

CareShare is a financial program for eligible patients undergoing IVF. It provides access to up to six IVF cycles for a single package price and includes a refund provision if a live birth is not achieved, subject to the program’s terms and eligibility requirements.

What is included in CareShare?
CareShare may include up to six IVF procedures, frozen embryo transfers as available, ICSI, embryo biopsy, PGT-A, cycle monitoring and embryo cryopreservation storage for the first 18 months. Your care team can help you understand which services are included and how the program may apply to your treatment.
Who is eligible for CareShare?

CareShare has specific medical and financial eligibility requirements. The current program is intended for patients with limited or no IVF insurance benefits who also meet the program’s medical criteria. Your Everleap Fertility team can help determine whether you may be eligible.

How does CareShare refund work?

For patients who meet the program requirements, CareShare includes a refund of the program fee if a live birth is not achieved. Because specific terms and conditions apply, patients should review the complete program details before enrolling.

Can I use insurance with CareShare?

Once enrolled, patients are required to waive insurance coverage for services included in the CareShare package. Before enrollment, insurance benefits may still apply to services such as an initial consultation, diagnostic testing or medications, depending on your plan.

Is CareShare available at every Everleap Fertility location?

CareShare may not be available at every location. Your Everleap Fertility financial team can help you understand whether the program is available where you receive care.
