Joan Conangla

Joan Conangla is Chief Financial Officer, North America for Everleap Fertility, where he leads the financial strategy and performance of the organization’s growing network across the United States and Canada. He partners closely with the executive leadership team to support sustainable growth, operational performance, strategic investment and the continued expansion of Everleap Fertility's care platform.

Joan brings nearly two decades of finance and business leadership experience across healthcare and global consumer businesses. Since joining the organization in 2022, he has played a key role in financial planning and performance management, capital allocation, business transformation and the financial integration of acquisitions.

Prior to joining Everleap Fertility, Joan spent a decade at Revlon, where he held senior global finance leadership roles spanning financial planning and analysis, corporate performance, integration and financial systems.  

Beyond his role in finance, Joan is passionate about expanding access to fertility care. In 2025, he ran the New York City Marathon in support of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and its work to improve access to IVF, with the company matching contributions to the campaign.

Joan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
