Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a simple, minimally invasive fertility treatment that places specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation to improve the opportunity for fertilization.
A gestational carrier carries a pregnancy using an embryo created through IVF, helping individuals and couples grow their families when carrying a pregnancy isn’t possible or medically recommended.
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a fertility treatment that brings eggs and sperm together in an embryology lab to create embryos, which can then be transferred into the uterus to help you grow your family.
IVF with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) uses an advanced fertilization technique in which an embryologist injects a single sperm directly into a mature egg to help create an opportunity for fertilization.
Ovulation induction uses fertility medications to encourage the growth and release of mature eggs, helping improve the chances of pregnancy through timed intercourse or IUI.
Fertility testing uses a combination of tests and evaluations to assess reproductive health, identify factors that may be affecting fertility, and help determine the right next steps toward pregnancy.
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) provides information about certain chromosome or genetic differences in embryos created through IVF, helping you and your care team make more informed decisions before embryo transfer.
Fertility preservation offers options such as egg, sperm, or embryo freezing to help protect the ability to have biological children in the future, giving more flexibility in the family-building timeline.
We’ll provide referrals to trusted local acupuncture providers who can support your wellbeing throughout your care.
When you need additional emotional support, we’ll refer you to our preferred local counselors with experience supporting people through every stage of the fertility journey.
We can connect you to our recommended local nutrition specialists for personalized guidance on food choices, nutritional needs, and healthy habits during fertility treatment.

Everleap Fertility is the new name for Ohio Reproductive Medicine. Our name is new, but the people caring for you will remain the same.
